Client: Canadian Engineering

In this logo design, I seamlessly blend elements of tradition and innovation to encapsulate the essence of engineering. The iconic maple leaf, symbolizing Canadian heritage, takes center stage, adorned with intricate steel sprockets that represent precision and industrial prowess. The incorporation of rope signifies strength and adaptability, reflecting the engineer's versatility in navigating both traditional and contemporary materials. This logo harmoniously embodies the engineer's commitment to advancing technology while honoring time-honored craftsmanship.

Client: Tyson Foods Inc.

I played a key role in designing the logo for Tyson Foods, incorporating a weather-worn sign aesthetic using a limited color palette of three colors. Collaborating with a team, we ensured the logo's versatility across various printing methods, including litho, flexo, and digital. Through experimentation with different color schemes and designs, we refined the logo to its final iteration. Additionally, I oversaw the pre-press preparation, providing production artists with optimized versions for each printing method.

A single-color logo designed for Johnny G's Pizza, emphasizing simplicity and versatility for widespread application across various business elements, notably on pizza boxes. The design incorporates a stylized depiction of a classic pizza slice with dynamic lettering that captures the essence of the brand's energetic and vibrant persona. Its clean lines and bold typography ensure clear legibility and instant recognition, making it an ideal emblem for brand visibility and memorability in the competitive pizza industry.

Client: Two Tops Design

I designed a monochromatic logo for a couple who create cutting boards and blacksmithed knives, drawing inspiration from the trees surrounding their home in Northern Ontario. The logo needed to be subtle yet distinctive, serving as their brand mark on their products. We crafted a design that symbolizes their craftsmanship and connection to nature, incorporating intertwining branches to represent their dedication to quality and authenticity. The result is a timeless emblem that communicates their brand story effectively, reflecting both their love for their craft and the environment that inspires them.

Client: Hockey Talk Podcast

I designed a brand logo for a client who was launching a hockey podcast centred around The Toronto Maple Leafs. They requested that the logo incorporate the team's colours while maintaining its distinctiveness. Although the podcast ultimately did not come to fruition, I take pride in the logo's creation as it exudes athleticism and professionalism. The design seamlessly integrates the iconic colours of the team while ensuring that it could stand alone as a recognizable symbol. Its dynamic and polished appearance reflects the spirit of the sport and would have served as a strong visual representation for the podcast. Despite the project's outcome, I consider this logo a testament to my ability to capture a client's vision and produce high-quality, impactful branding materials.

Client: TPOK Radio

I was tasked with designing a logo for a collective of podcasts operating under the umbrella of TPOK Radio, with a diverse range of shows produced by the company, the logo needed to encapsulate the essence of sound while also conveying the idea of podcasting. The design concept centred around visualizing sound waves reminiscent of an equalizer, symbolizing the dynamic and multifaceted nature of the podcasts. Additionally, the microphone icon was strategically incorporated to signify the recording aspect of podcast production. Through careful consideration of these elements, the logo effectively represents the audio-centric nature of the content while maintaining a professional and cohesive brand identity for TPOK Radio and its affiliated shows.
